2. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

3. Course content and licenses

• All instructional materials, text, designs, and templates are owned by Frontgate Atelier or licensors.
• We grant enrolled users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal and commercial calendar publishing.
• Redistribution or resale of course files or recordings is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use content in violation of applicable law.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.

5. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.
• Unless stated otherwise, live workshop seats are refundable up to 7 days before start; on-demand purchases are non-refundable after download or streaming begins.

6. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. You are responsible for independent vendor selection and proofing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontgate Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the prior six months.

8. Changes to services

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when feasible.

9. Privacy
